New Beginnings at Sethi Ferro Fabrik

In February 2025, a tragic incident occurred at the oxygen plant of Sethi Ferro fabrik, where an explosion of an oxygen tank led to the unfortunate loss of life of one of its workers. This devastating event highlighted significant safety concerns and operational risks within the facility. Following the incident, HSE Solutions Inc. was contacted to restructured and address these critical safety gaps. As part of the new agreement, HSE Solutions has been tasked with developing a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) tailored to the facility’s specific operational risks and challenges. This new system will ensure compliance with national and international safety standards while fostering a culture of safety within the organization. The scope of our work includes: 

1. Development of New HSE Policies
   • Conducting a thorough risk assessment of all operations at Sethi Ferro Fabrik.
   • Creating updated policies that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
   • Implementing strict safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, including oxygen tanks and other critical equipment.
2. Complete Safety Management System (SMS) Implementation
   • Designing an integrated SMS that encompasses hazard identification, risk mitigation, incident reporting, and emergency response planning.
   • Establishing clear procedures for incident investigation and corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
   • Implementing monitoring and auditing mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Training and Capacity Building for Safety Officers
   • Providing extensive training for safety officers to enhance their competency in hazard recognition, emergency response, and safety enforcement.
   • Conducting practical simulations and drills to prepare personnel for real-life emergency situations.
   • Equipping safety officers with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead a proactive safety culture within the organization.
4. Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT) Model Implementation
   • Designing and constructing a robust HSE framework that integrates seamlessly with Sethi Ferro Fabrik’s operations.
   • Managing and overseeing the implementation of the system to ensure effective functionality.
   • Training internal teams to take ownership of the system before transferring full control to the company, ensuring long-term sustainability.
